Parents as Partners Meeting: Next Meeting will be Monday, April 7th from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the SMS Library. The meeting topic will focus on enrollment projections, new programming for next year and the End of the Year Student Celebration and Lunch.

The Smarter Balanced Assessment will be administered online, this field test will closely resemble the summative assessment that students will participate in during the spring of 2015. While the Smarter Balanced assessment is untimed, each subject area is expected to take 3-4 hours to complete. Because the Field Test is a “test of the test,” students will not receive scores individually. In 2014 only scores for Science will be available for individual students. It is very important that students are in attendance for this activity. See testing window for each grade level in the coming activities calendar below.
